For prints and merchandise, returns may be accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Customers must contact support@keeganhall.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number to initiate a replacement or refund.

8. Digital Products

For any digital downloads or online content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital content for your own use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keegan Hall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased from it.
