Shipping
Every piece is handled with the same level of care that goes into creating it.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
Packaging
All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Standard prints are securely protected
- Premium editions are packaged with elevated materials designed for collectors
Limited Editions
Each release is produced in limited quantities.
Once sold out, editions are not restocked.
This structure is intentional and preserves the integrity and long-term value of each piece.
Returns
Because of the limited nature of the work, all sales are considered final.
That said, if something arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Email hello@keeganhall.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
Once verified, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement is not available
Order Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package is delayed or lost:
- We recommend contacting the carrier first
- We will assist where possible to help resolve the issue
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Additional fees
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
