Pro Bowlers for Camron
This one began with a fight.
Camron Cozzi was a kid from my hometown facing something no family should ever have to face. A diagnosis of DIPG, a rare and inoperable form of brain cancer with no known cure.
His family was doing everything they could.
Searching. Hoping. Fighting.
And around them, a community began to form.
People coming together, not because they had answers, but because they wanted to help in any way they could.
This project became one small part of that effort.
Create something meaningful. Use it to raise as much money as possible for Cameron and his family.
I reached out to my friends at the Seattle Seahawks.
That year, the team had a remarkable group of Pro Bowl players.
Russell Wilson. Richard Sherman. Kam Chancellor. Michael Bennett. Bobby Wagner. Tyler Lockett. Earl Thomas.
Instead of focusing on one player, the drawing brought all of them together into a single piece.
A collective.
A reflection of a team that meant so much to the city, now coming together for something that meant even more.
The artwork
Each of the players signed the original artwork.
One by one, their signatures became part of the piece.
Not added for value, but for purpose.
The drawing became more than an image.
It became something tied directly to the effort to help Cameron.
A one-of-one piece connected to both the team and the cause.
The Signed original
The goal was straightforward.
Raise as much money as possible.
Bidding came in from people who wanted to contribute, who understood what the project represented.
By the end of it, we had raised a significant amount of money for Cameron and his family.
What started as an idea had turned into something real.
Support. Action. A community showing up.
The Print
Pro Bowlers
$75
The drawing depicts seven Pro Bowl players from the Seattle Seahawks with each rendered in a signature pose. In the center of the drawing, quarterback Russell Wilson is preparing to throw a pass, with a serious expression on his face. To his right, cornerback Richard Sherman leans slightly forward, with his arms by his side. Strong safety Kam Chancellor stands behind Russell doing his famous jackhammer celebration, and free safety Earl Thomas stands behind Sherman, with his arms stretched out.
In the upper left side of the drawing, wide receiver Tyler Lockett running after a catch, while defensive end Michael Bennett performs his “sack dance”. Finally, linebacker Bobby Wagner is directly above Wilson and is rendered with a scream after a great play.
The players are drawn in realistic detail, with shading and texture giving their uniforms and equipment a three-dimensional appearance. The background of the drawing is a solid while, which further emphasizes the players as the focus of the artwork.

And that is the hardest part.
But this project was never just about the outcome.
It was about the effort.
About people coming together in a moment that mattered.
About doing something, even when the situation feels impossible.
The drawing, the signatures, the auction, all of it was part of that.
A reminder that when people care, they act.
And sometimes, that is what matters most.
