1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Loyalty Park LLC, PO Box 21, Kirkland, WA 98083 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor, its affiliates, and prize partners (Delta Air Lines, The Edgewater Hotel, The Space Needle and Occidental Hall) are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on November 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on December 15, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, visit www.KeeganHall.com/My-Cards-My-City and complete the entry form by submitting your name and email address.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate or automated entries are void.

No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind does not increase your chances of winning.

Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.KeeganHall.com/privacy.
Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as needed to administer this Promotion or deliver the prize.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the Seattle Baseball Experience, which includes:

• ✈️ Round-trip airfare for two (2) to Seattle, Washington, courtesy of Delta Air Lines (winner will receive (2) flight vouchers of $750 each, one for them and one for their guest).

• ⚾ Two (2) tickets to a Seattle Mariners home game at T-Mobile Park (game date subject to availability).

• 🏨 Two (2) nights hotel stay (over water room, double occupancy) at The Edgewater Hotel, courtesy of Edgewater Hotel.

• 🍽️ Dinner for two (2) at The Space Needle, courtesy of The Space Needle.

• 🖼️ One (1) signed, limited-edition art print featuring Julio Rodríguez and Keegan Hall, signed by both.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,500 USD.
Actual value may vary based on travel origin, date, and availability. The winner will not receive any difference between the actual and stated value.

7. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about December 20, 2025.
All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing.
If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, or fails to complete required documentation (e.g., eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release, or tax form) within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state may be announced publicly on KeeganHall.com and Sponsor’s official social media accounts.

9. TRAVEL TERMS

Airfare must originate from and return to a major U.S. airport near the winner’s residence.
Travel must be booked through Sponsor or its designated agent at least 30 days prior to departure and is subject to flight and hotel availability.
All travel must be completed by September 30, 2026, or prize will be forfeited.
Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents.
All other expenses not expressly included (e.g., ground transportation, parking, meals other than dinner at Occidental Hall, gratuities, and incidentals) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. TAXES

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
If prize value exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the value of the prize.

11. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or fairness.
Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions.
Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Delta Air Lines, The Edgewater Hotel, Occidental Hall, the Seattle Mariners, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, loss, liability, or damage arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

14. GOVERNING LAW

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
